Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Product Condition:
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Ineligible Items:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products
  • Accessories (e.g., masks, socks, jewelry)
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

4. Exchange Availability:
We offer exchanges for size or color on the same product (subject to stock availability).

5. Return Process:

  • Email us at helpdesk.legytbe@gmail.com with your order number.
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return shipping details.
  • Ship the product back using any reliable courier.

6. Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Return Shipping Cost:
Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Damaged/Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with photos — we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

9. Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t accepted.

10. Dispute Resolution:
If there’s any issue with a return or refund, our support team will resolve it fairly within 1–3 working days.
